Directions
Cut batting into a circle about 1 1/2 inches larger than the trivet.
Cut slits in batting every 1/2 inch, being careful not to cut too far.
Using a hot glue gun, glue each 1/2 inch section to trivet.
Cut the fabric into a circle about 2 inches larger than the trivet.
Cut slits every 1/2 inch and no longer than 1 1/2 inches.
Iron fabric and place wrong side up with trivet on top.
Using hot glue gun, glue each 1/2 fabric section.
Once you are finished gluing, the back should look like this.
I trimmed off the extra batting and glued down the material to clean it up some.
Glue ribbon on back as a hanger.
Now, your fabric covered bulletin board it ready to be hung!
Hi Michelle, You did a beautiful job on your round bulletin board; I love the flowery background fabric that you used. This is great inspiration for a card. Have a great week. Love, Mom
